This little thing is a wonderful addition to any busy kitchen!! It is neither too flexible, nor too rigid. It fits in where nothing else does. I love the fun color, too and the fact that it withstands such high temps. Cleans up great in the dishwasher, or rinses off well under hot running water. I have the medium size also, and couldn't wish for anything better. I highly recommend this item!
