Customer Review: Weak spring

This product is nice to look at but the spring which forces the two sides together to clamp down on the napkins is too weak. If you have full-size dinner napkins in it the top of the napkins will fall to one side over the top of the holder, which doesn't look very good. Furthermore the product had a big sticker on one side, which probably took me 15 minutes to remove and now the steel has a diferent color where the sticker was. Hopefully this will be resolved with a stainless steel cleaner.
