Both my mother and I have arthritis in our thumbs, so tearing lettuce is painful. I bought this salad knife looking for a less painful way to make salads. This knife is awesome! It is easy to grip and makes chopping lettuce a breeze! I bought one for my mom and she loves it too. Now I can't imagine making a salad without it!
