I like how OXO laid out the holder so that it will hold the maximum number of pieces with the smallest possible footprint. Occasionally you will need to drain the pan, but it's easy enough. They provide a pour spout on the end, so you won't need to detach it or even remove the items; I just grab the whole thing and pour it out...5 seconds done. I had to rate it only 3 stars. I am noting the onset of rust in the stainless. Apparently the quality of stainless steel used has impurities that are presenting itself in the wet enviroment. You would think they would especially pay close attention to the pedigree of the materials since this product is always wet.
