After I ordered this for $6 mail order, I REALLY needed a bottle opener, so I bought 2 of those ordinary chrome or stainless plated bottle openers that you can buy in any supermarket @ 2 for $1.99. Those work great, & I have one for a spare, in case I lose one behind the stove again.
But these OXO bottle openers are WAY prettier, & if I had a much nicer kitchen, would have kept mine. (An opinion from someone who's being REALLY frugal right now).......
